When you represent decimals you're just saying the decimals in words, expanded, or standard form.

In decimal word form, you say the # before the decimal. After you do that, you say "and....."
and then your other #s after your decimal. After that you say what place the last # is only.

In expanded form, you break up the decimals in parts.So, it's pretty much the same thing as
skinnies, bits, and flats, just with decimals.(see the example for help)

Standard form, is when you say or write decimals in their regular form.
